Beyond the rigour of academics, the school is engaged in farming activities such as dairy farming, pig rearing, rabbit keeping, raising chicken and crop cultivation. These activities primarily subsidize the kitchen budget and any extra products are sold to earn money for other needs within the school.
Farming also provides a practical approach to learning in respective subjects, such as experimental science. They also help to reinforce in the learners that farming is a noble task and should be embraced alongside education. The learners are required to participate in the raising of rabbits by feeding them and cleaning of the cages. This introduces vocation options/pathways.
